• All students should have returned their VISA information form.
• All students should have now paid in full. Any outstanding payments should be made as soon as possible to the Main Office, or please contact Mr. Holland if there any issues.
• Medical Forms will be distributed when we return to school in January, and should be returned at the final parent meeting
• Please contact me or the insurance company directly as soon as possible if your son/daughter has any long-standing medical conditions

 

Final Parent(s)/Guardian(s) Meeting:

This will be held on 19^th January 2017 at 6pm in The Main Hall. All should attend. Passports and completed Medical Forms should be returned here.

Monday 13^th February

3.15am   Meet at De La Salle

4.15am   Arrive Manchester airport and land at Heathrow at 7.50am on flight BA1371

10.50am Depart Heathrow on British Airways flight BA185 *Meals/drinks inc

2pm        Arrive Newark (local time)

4.00pm    Arrive Hotel/Brief on safety, un-pack and sort money bank in groups

6.00pm   Bubba Gump Shrimp for Evening Meal

8.00pm   Open top bus tour

10.30pm  Top of the Rock (Rockerfeller Centre) experience

Midnight   Back to Hotel and bed

 

Tuesday 14^th February

7.00am    Meet and breakfast

8.00am    Tube to financial district

9.15am    Guided tour of 9/11 memorial and Ground Zero

11am       Boat to Liberty and Ellis Island/Statue of Liberty from the ground

2pm         Freedom Tower and One World Museum/Lunch on the go (Not provided $10 needed)

4.00pm    Tube to mid-town

4.30pm    Hotel

7.00pm    Dinner at Hardrock Café (Provided)

9.00pm    Empire State Building and Times Square

11.00pm  Hotel and Bed

 

Wednesday 15^th February

8am        Meet and Breakfast

9am        Tube to UN

10am      Tour of UN Security HQ

12pm      Tube uptown

1pm        Central Park/Lunch on the go (Not provided $10 needed)

2pm        Tube to 5th Ave

2.30pm    Shopping/Exploring time: 3 choices will be given i.e. Macy's/5th Ave etc…

4.30pm    Hotel to freshen up/change

5.30pm    Dinner at Planet Hollywood

7pm         Broadway show/Basketball

11.00pm   Hotel and Bed

8am         Meet and breakfast

9am         St. Patricks Cathedral tour

10.30am   Grand Central Station

12.00pm   Shopping/Exploring time 5th Ave, Times Square etc…(Lunch not provided)

2.45pm     Hotel
